Our innovative and highly cost effective recruiting model is only one of many tools you can choose to help in developing your people and organization. It’s all about engaging your people and having them take ownership of your goals. We do this by providing an assortment of additional services to obtain overall alignment with these objectives.

The RKG Recruiting Model

Most “search” company’s charge 80-150K per assignment plus an “administrative fee” of 10-15% of the first year's compensation for the candidate selected. RKG offers you the ability to manage the hiring process by working closely with you during a 12 month period. RKG will fill any TWO positions during the 12 month period from the date of the signed agreement. Remember, it is two positions at any level as your business needs change during 12 months.

Our entire fee is usually lower than the administrative fee charged with other firms yet RKG goes to the same companies and speaks with the same professionals. The 12 month fee for the services selected is $25K down and $25K paid over 5 months. There is no hidden charge and/or administrative fees. Travel expenses with approval will be billed separately, if needed. We will have your first candidates within 15 business days from engagement. Our model saves you both time and money.

As a part of the RKG Recruiting Model you get our recruiting services plus your choice of three of the services listed below:

  1. Outplacement: Essential to your reputation and standing in the marketplace. Have you had an employee that for one of many reasons has to leave your company? You would like that person to be treated with care and personal attention because you think highly of them and the contributions they have made with you over time? Perhaps you have an employee that will leave with a “chip on their shoulder” or other reasons that might require a skilled professional and coach who can really make a difference in helping with the transition to a new opportunity and a new start.
  2. Leadership Coaching: Highly effective individual coaching for key personnel. Do you have a key management team member who, after speaking with them about their performance just does not seem to “get it” and perhaps could even be in jeopardy of staying with the company unless their actions change? RKG will structure an action plan with that professional to get them back on track with personal and confidential meetings. This coaching skill, honed over time, is very effective.
  3. Feedback: Discover what your people truly think, want and need to be successful. Do you want to know what your departments, groups of employees or executive team really value and what they don’t? RKG will conduct actual face to face meetings to uncover that information. Internet surveys are now common but actual face to face meetings can be more effective since they allow follow up questions as well as to give both parties the opportunity to clarify points that are important to the individual groups or to management as the case may be.
    Are you in the process of merging with or acquiring a company? Would you like to know and understand the people and leadership before your official “due diligence” team hits the ground at the new location? RKG can help in this vital transitional phase.
  4. Benefits: There are few things that cost more yet are as important to people as health and related benefits. RKG will audit your plans and suggest ways to save money without changing the plans dramatically in most cases.
  5. Training: Training sessions are provided for most Human Resource requirements plus motivational sessions. This is customized to meet your specific needs.
  6. Compensation Audit: You will receive a complete audit to determine how competitive you are in the marketplace. Writing new plans can be completed at an additional hourly cost.
  7. Shared Services: RKG will audit and show you ways to consider outsourcing/consolidating one or more services and the associated savings. For example, what is the current markup for contract and temporary employees in your business? Did you know that this “markup” can be negotiable and standardized, leaving you with one contract and one bill each month at a lower rate?

RKG will be available to provide expert counsel and answer questions during this 12 month period as part of the agreement and is not included as one of the three selections.
